Football Australia and SBS recently announced a landmark multi-year, multi-platform agreement to broadcast the inaugural Australian Championship on SBS, SBS On Demand and SBS VICELAND, delivering every moment live and free to fans across the nation.

A historic night awaits at Lakeside Stadium this Friday 10 October, as South Melbourne FC play host to Sydney Olympic FC in a highly-anticipated opening match, which will be broadcast on linear television, live and free on SBS VICELAND and SBS On Demand.

Can I watch games on SBS and SBS VICELAND?

Yes! The opening match of the season between South Melbourne and Sydney Olympic will be simulcast on SBS VICELAND, while SBS will simulcast the two matches (MetroStars v Wests Apia FC and Preston Lions v NWS Spirit) scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 11.
